Everything rises and falls on leadership. If your business is struggling, it’s your own fault, because you are either creating the problem or allowing the problems to exist. More often than not, simply because you don’t know what you don’t know as a leader to lead an organization and lead a team of people, because you think you should be managing. Extremely different. Other than a few things like economic conditions, I.T. issues, unforeseen equipment failures, every single problem you have in business is primarily a people problem. Those problems exist because leaders don’t know how to lead. You lead people. You manage policies and procedures and processes and paper. Two extremely different things.
